These terms govern your use of BeeBackX (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your own devices, for personal or business use, subject to these terms. The Software remains our property and the property of its licensors.

2. Free preview and licensed export

The Software can be used free of charge to add, repair, and preview videos. Exporting repaired or recovered files as clean, watermark-free output may require a paid license, which is acquired separately. The license status shown in the app reflects what you have purchased.

3. What you get from a repair

Repair and recovery are best-effort. We do not guarantee that any particular file can be repaired, that repaired output will be identical to the original, or that any content will be recovered. A repair may drop damaged or missing frames.

4. Your files stay yours

You keep all rights to the video files you process. The Software does not upload your files to any server; repair runs entirely on your device. We claim no ownership of your content and use it only to perform the repair you initiate.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Software remains with you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

8. Termination

Your rights under these terms end automatically if you breach any provision. We may also update or discontinue the Software at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
