BeeBackX is a desktop video repair tool. The short version of this policy is: your videos never leave your computer, and we collect almost nothing.

1. Your videos stay on your device

Repair and recovery run entirely on your device. Your video files are not uploaded to any server, not sent to us, and not transmitted anywhere. We cannot see your footage, and neither can any third party — processing is offline by design.

2. What we store locally

The Software writes a small amount of data on your own computer:

• Preferences — your theme and language choices, stored locally on your machine and restored when you reopen the app.
• Log files — diagnostic logs written to your local disk (in your local application data folder). These contain technical information about app runs, not the content of your videos.

Everything stays on your device. You can delete these files at any time.

3. Licensing data

When you purchase or activate a license, the Software may verify your license status with the store or provider you purchased it from (for example, the Microsoft Store). That transaction is handled by the store itself and is subject to that provider’s own privacy policy. The Software receives only the license status needed to unlock export.

4. Analytics and tracking

The Software does not contain analytics, telemetry, or advertising SDKs. It does not track your usage, and it does not sell or share any personal data.

5. Our website

This website is served as static pages. We do not operate our own analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

6. Children’s privacy

The Software and website are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your rights

Because we hold essentially no data about you, there is little to request. If you believe any data of yours has come into our possession, you may ask us to review, correct, or delete it by contacting us (see below).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date above.
